Another project completed in phases to accommodate the vacation rental market. Stucco was removed from this home and cladded with Hardie siding and PVC trim. Large custom pool with turtle accent tiles, expansive pool deck and pool bath house was installed. All 7 bathrooms were updated. Some of our favorite features of this home includes the custom wood ceiling, outdoor shower and pool bath and the ocean views from all seven bedrooms. Private beach walk was installed with marine grade posts, IPE deck boards, nautical rope handrail. Annual maintenance is completed on this home to keep it up to date.
