2019 Lighthouse Award Winner for Best Exterior! Originally built in 1950s, the owners wanted to keep the traditional feel of the house, while modernizing to appeal to the rental market. The project was completed in several phases and included reworking the entrance of the home, recladding the exterior, replacing windows and doors, adding a bedroom, updating bathrooms and the kitchen. Some of our favorite features include the sunburst detail at the front porch, reclaimed cypress siding used as accents in the foyer ceiling, bathrooms and second floor hallway and the side elevation trim details.
