109 Cardinal Crest Project

109 Cardinal Crest Project

1990s kitchen, and removed the wall separating it from the living room to create an open floor plan. The kitchen has all new custom cabinetry, including a hidden doorway masked in cabinet doors that leads to the powder room and laundry room. The hidden hallway floors are covered in Savannah Gray Brick. The countertops on the center island and perimeter of the kitchen are Cambria, and the countertops on the outer island are a custom material made of tabby shell and recycled glass. This material can also be found in the laundry room and on the shower thresholds. The exhaust hood was custom made and compliments the herringbone subway backsplash. New windows were added in the dining area to give a full view of the Fripp Inlet. The hardwood floors in the entry and living room were refinished and tied in to the new hardwood in the kitchen.

We reworked the built-in cabinets around the fireplace and added decorative wallpaper. The new wraparound mantle above the fireplace was custom built, and matches the built-in’s wood countertops. The fireplace surround is made of the same custom material found on the kitchen island and Savannah Gray Brick.

The master bathroom layout was completely reworked to open up the space. The bathroom has a new soaking tub and walk-through shower. The shower has floor to ceiling accent tile and pebbled floors. We installed new tile flooring in the bathroom and custom cabinetry. In the master bedroom, we installed a board and batten accent wall that mimics the look of the exterior of the home.

We closed in the front room off of the entry wall to create and office space with a barn door.

We opened up the stairway leading to the upstairs. Upstairs we renovated two bathrooms, which includes two new tiled showers.
